The Honest Payday Company is a deferred deposit lender registered with the Utah Department of Financial Institutions, and a small loan lender licensed by the Missouri Department of Economic Development, Division of Finance.

You may cancel your loan without cost by returning the full principal balance to us by the close of our next full business day.
You are not allowed to have more than $500 in outstanding loans from the same lender. You are also not allowed to use the proceeds of this loan to pay a previous loan with us.
In Utah, Pennsylvania and Minnesota, you may not extend or renew your loan more than 12 weeks from the original loan date.
Loan Period
In Utah, Pennsylvania and Minnesota, your loan will be due 42 days (6 weeks) after you receive the money. In Missouri, your loan will be due 31 days after you receive the money.

The cost of our loans is $9
